Trust, Assurance and Safety- The Regulation of Health Professionals in the 21st Century.
The Government published its White Paper on Regulation on 21 Febuary 2007. One of its stated aims is that of 'moving towards a more rehabilitative approach to regulation, with the development of a comprehensive strategy for prevention, treatment and rehabilitation services for all health professionals.' We welcome this and plan to play a significant role in its implementation.
